이번 임상은 크론병, 궤양성 대장염 환자 136명을 대상으로 램시마SC와 정맥주사 제형인 '램시마IV'를 투여한 후 약동학적으로 IV 대비 SC 비열등성을 확인하고 30주 동안 유효성, 안전성 등을 비교했다.

크론병 1800명, 궤양성 대장염 1000명 등 총 2800명 환자로부터 안전성 데이터를 분석한 결과 이상 반응 발생률이 오리지널 의약품과 유사했다.
