클레임은 거래에 수반되는 어두운 면입니다. 예기치 못한 때에
예기치도 못한 원인으로 일이 발생하는 것으로, 그 대처 방법에
따라서 상대방에게 전혀 다른 인상을 줄 수 있습니다. 구미의
회사와 계약을 맺고 있다면 단순히 사과하는 것에 그쳐서는
안됩니다. 즉시 원인을 규명해서 그 대처 방안을 세우고, 그것을
