If You have elected to receive Search Results, You will display on Your Property(ies) a Abc search box (a "Search Box") in accordance with the specifications provided by Abc.
만일 귀하가 검색결과를 받기로 선택하면, 귀하는 Abc가 제공하는 세부요건에 따라 Abc 검색상자 ( 이하 “ 검색상자 ”) 를 귀하의 자산에 게재하게 됩니다.
Except for related Abc queries, all search queries (including queries entered into an Ad search box) must originate from individual human end users inputting data directly into a Search Box (or Ad search box, as applicable) on Your Property(ies).
관련 Abc 검색질의를 제외한 모든 검색어 ( 광고 검색상자에 입력된 검색어 포함 ) 는 귀하 자산에 있는 검색상자 ( 또는 해당되는 경우, 광고 검색상자 ) 에 최종 이용자인 각 개인들이 직접 입력하여야 합니다.
You will send any and all queries (without editing, filtering, truncating, appending terms to or otherwise modifying such queries individually or in the aggregate) to Abc and Abc will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide You with corresponding Search Results and/or Ads, as applicable and as available.
귀하는 모든 검색질의를 ( 개별적으로든 또는 집합적으로든 편집, 필터링, 가감하거나 달리 수정하지 않은 채로 ) Abc에 보내고, Abc는 귀하에게 해당 검색 결과 및 / 또는 광고를 제공하기 위하여 상업적으로 합리적인 노력을 합니다.
Search Results and any accompanying Ads will be displayed on Web pages that may be hosted by Abc (each, a "Search Results Page"), and the format, look and feel of those Web pages hosted by Abc may be modified by Abc from time to time.

All content and Property-based Ads (and Ads served in response to end user clicks on and queries entered into Links, if any) shall be grouped by Abc and displayed with Links (where applicable) to end users of the Property(ies) as ad units (such groups of Ads and/or Links collectively referred to as "Ad Units") in standard formats as offered generally by Abc from time to time, as may be described in the FAQ.

End users who click on a Referral Button will be directed to a Web page that may be hosted by Abc (“Referral Page”), and the format, look and feel of those Web pages hosted by Abc may be modified by Abc from time to time.

From time to time Abc may be holding funds, payments and other amounts due to You in connection with the Xyz Program.

You agree that Abc may use Your name and logo in presentations, marketing materials, customer lists, financial reports, Web site listings of customers, Search Results Pages, and Referral Pages.

If You wish to use Abc's trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features ("Brand Features"), You may do so, so long as such use is in compliance with this Agreement and in compliance with Abc's then current Brand Feature use guidelines, and any content contained or referenced therein, which guidelines may be found at the following URL: http://www.Abc.com/permissions/guidelines.html (or such other URL Abc may provide from time to time).

"Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, semiconductor chip protection law, moral rights law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, publicity rights law, privacy rights law, and any and all other proprietary rights, as well as, any and all applications, renewals, extensions, restorations and re-instatements thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide.

12. Software updates
12. 소프트웨어 업데이트
12.1 The Software which you use may automatically download and install updates from time to time from Abc. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Services and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates (and permit Abc to deliver these to you) as part of your use of the Services.

19. Changes to the Terms

19.1 Abc may make changes to the Universal Terms or Additional Terms from time to time. When these changes are made, Abc will make a new copy of the Universal Terms available at http://www.abc.com/accounts/TOS?hl=en and any new Additional Terms will be made available to you from within, or through, the affected Services.
