A woman boarded an airliner after having obviously spent too must time in the
bar at the terminal. The stewardess, against her better judgement, complied with the
woman's request for a martini, but rejected a refill order minutes later. The incensed
passenger demanded, "What's your name, girl? I'm gonna report you!" "My name?"
said the stewardess. "Of course, it's right here." She pointed to the nameplate on her
uniform.
The passenger started at the nameplate. She blinked. She stared again. Then she
settled back in her seat in defeat. "Guess you're right," she muttered. "I can't read
it."
