The ITC makes domestic like-product determinations in determining whether or not there
is material injury or threat of material injury to the domestic industry, i.e., it determines
which product manufactured in the United States is most like the merchandise being
imported. In some instances, the definition of a domestic like product will be narrower
than that of class or kind.
국제무역위원회는 국내산업에 대한 실질적인 피해나 피해우려가 있는

ITC found narrower like-products categories than our class or kind of merchandise is
found in Antidumping Duty Order: Certain Compact Ductile Iron Waterworks Fittings
and Glands from the People's Republic of China, 58 FR 47117 (September 9, 1993).
