So, millions of surfers can upload and download MP3 files for free.
Some say there is nothing wrong with this.
Others strongly criticize the music-sharing Websites.
In my opinion, artists have a right to say they don't want their music to be uploaded to the free music community.
We have to remember that artists make a living from their music.
So we need laws that stop the online operators from providing that service without the artists' permission.
인터넷에는 Napster와 같은 음악 공유 웹 사이트들이 있다.
그래서 수백만 명의 인터넷 검색 자들이 무료로 MP3 파일을 올리고 내려 받을 수가 있다.
몇몇 사람들은 이러한 일에 문제가 없다고 말한다.
다른 사람들은 음악 공유 사이트를 강하게 비판한다.
내 의견으로는 예술가들은 자신들의 음악이 무료 음악 동아리에 탑재되기를 원하지 않는다고 말할 권리가 있다.

Trade Body Chief Deplores Fake WTO Web Sites
WTO 사무총장, 가짜 WTO 웹사이트 개탄
World Trade Organization Director-General Mike Moore on Tuesday
accused opponents of the body who have set up fake WTO Web sites of
deliberately misleading people seeking information on its activities.
마이크 무어 세계무역기구(WTO) 사무총장은 23일 WTO 반대자들이 가짜
WTO 웹사이트를 개설해 WTO의 활동 정보를 찾는 이들을 교묘하게 오도하고
있다고 비난했다.
Dozens of such Web sites on the Internet have been created in the run-up
to the WTO's Ministerial Conference in Seattle from November 30 to
December 3 during which thousands of protesters are planning to
demonstrate.
수십개의 가짜 WTO 웹사이트들이 오는 30일부터 다음 달 3일까지 시애틀에서
열리는 WTO 각료회담을 앞두고 인터넷상에는 개설됐으며 수천 명이 각료회담
도중 항의시위를 벌일 계획인 것으로 알려졌다.
The sites lead surfers to others where the WTO is denounced as an
``instrument of imperialism'' or ``a tool of capitalist oppression'' in
a campaign some trade envoys have likened to disinformation efforts by
the KGB, the old Soviet intelligence service.
