The laws of order are the rules that control changes in meaning when order changes.
“The cat caught the mouse” means something obviously different from “The mouse caught the cat.”
Order is used differently in different languages and cultures.
While order is of major importance on the sentence level in English, this is not the case in some languages.
Order also has great importance in other parts of cultural systems besides language: order of birth, order of arrival, order in line to get a ticket.

again 으로 표현합니다. unfortunately는 regrettably라고도
말합니다. definitely는 「결단코」의 의미로 flatly,
positively, absolutely 등도 같은 의미입니다. That's the
case.는 That's true. 라는 뜻으로서, He thought he was hurt,
but it wasn't really the case. (=…it wasn't true, it was not
so) 처럼 사용됩니다. 「타협하다」는 to reach a compromise,
「타협해서」는 as a compromise라고 합니다.

알아둘 일
여기에서는 분명하고도 단호하게 No라고 하는 장면인데,
일반적으로 한국인은 좀처럼 「No」라고 말하지 못합니다. 그러나
교섭에서는 애매하게 probably, maybe, perhaps, possibly 등을
사용하지 말고 Yes, No로 분명하게 말할 필요가 있습니다. 의견
제시를 당하고서 yes, no를 즉시 대답하지 못함으로써 "한국인은
이해할 수가 없다. 희안하다."라는 평판을 듣게 됩니다. 매사를
단정짓지 않고, 의견의 대립을 싫어하며, 원만하게 이심전심으로
일을 처리하려고 하는데서 구미인의 오해를 받게 됩니다. 어느
것도 국제교섭에서는 명심해야할 일로써 애매함은 될 수 있는대로

제공에 따른 비용을 지불해야 한다. 절차진행과정에 늦게 제출된 행정보호
명령 신청서는 보고회 또는 청문회 일정과 같은 행정절차상의 기한을 연장
하는 근거로서 취급될 수 없다.

o Confirm with the APO office that copies of APO applications have been received.

제2장 외국으로의 촉탁
CHAPTER II ENTRUSTMENT TO FOREIGN COUNTRY
제5조 (촉탁의 상대방) ①외국으로의 촉탁은 수소법원의 재판장이 그 외국의
관할법원 기타 공무소에 대하여 한다.
②수소법원의 재판장은 다음 각호에 따라 외국으로의 촉탁을 할 수 있다.
Article 5 (Other Party of Entrustment)
(1) Any entrustment to a foreign country shall be made by the presiding
judge of the court which has accepted the lawsuit, to the competent court
or other public office of the foreign country.
(2) The presiding judge of the court which has accepted a lawsuit, may make
an entrustment to a foreign country by the following subparagraphs:
1. 송달받을 자 또는 증인신문을 받을 자가 대한민국 국민으로서
영사관계에관한비엔나협약에 가입한 외국에 거주하는 경우에는 그 외국에
주재하는대한민국의 대사·공사 또는 영사에 대하여 한다. 이 경우 그 외국의 법령
또는의사표시에 위배되지 아니하여야 한다.
2. 외국이 명백한 의사표시로써 승인하는 경우에는 그 의사표시에 따른
실시기관에 대하여 한다.
1.If the person to whom the service is to be made, or who is to undergo an
inquiry, is a national of the Republic of Korea, and resides in a foreign
country which is a member of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations,
the entrustment shall be made to the ambassador, minister or consul of the
Republic of Korea in the foreign country. In this case, it shall not be
contrary to the statute or the declaration of intention of the foreign
country; and
2.If the foreign country approves it by an obvious declaration of its
intention, the entrustment shall be made to the agency implementing such
declaration of intention.

제29조 ①공무원의 직무상 불법행위로 손해를 받은 국민은 법률이 정하는 바에 의하여 국가 또는 공공단체에 정당한 배상을 청구할 수 있다. 이 경우 공무원 자신의 책임은 면제되지 아니한다.
Article 29
(1) If any citizen is injured by unlawful act committed by a public official in the excercise of public office, he/she may claim just reparation against the State or public organization under the conditions as prescribed by Act. In this case, the public official concerned shall not be immune from liabilities.
